“Premium Class Customer Service”

Buying an engagement ring is not something you do every day so I spent a lot of time investigating the options. The Diamond Manufacturers website came out on top for many different reasons:
ease of use;
very wide range of rings;
an even wider range of diamonds of different sizes, shapes, colours and clarity;
comprehensive explanation of everything that should be taken into consideration when choosing a diamond ring;
prices that could not be beaten anywhere else that I looked.

Given the very competitive pricing I was expecting that it might be a barebones outfit that was only interested in shifting the product, but far from it. Having placed my order over night I received a call the next day to say that the ring was undergoing a final quality check and would be despatched to arrive before 1pm the following day. I then received a further email and phone call to confirm it was on its way. I received the ring within the specified delivery slot securely packaged and in a very smart unlabelled wooden ring box.

It was only after I had given the ring to my girlfriend (now fiancee) a couple of days later that she noticed a very slight fault in the metal band which I had not been able to see. A phone call to Diamond Manufacturers was answered promptly and courteously and I was advised how to return the ring for the problem to be addressed. Within two days of their taking delivery I received the now customary notifications that it was being despatched back and confirming the delivery time slot. The ring is now perfect and safely back on my fiancee's finger.

I therefore have no hesitation in recommending Diamond Manufacturers to anyone looking for quality diamond jewellery at a very reasonable price. Everybody I have had contact with has been friendly and helpful, and they obviously care that their customers should receive the best they can deliver in both product and service.
