I wish I had seen this site before ordering online.I returned a pair of shoes on 17/4 and 4 weeks later i am still waiting for a refund.I have made 5 calls to their customer service department (each one averaging 18 mins) and have been told a different story everytime i call ie not received,refund being processed,item cant be scanned in etc.I have sent 4 emails which get ignored even though they aim to resolve within 48 hours.What a joke!!!!
