“Urgent Parcel delivery from UK to Spain”

I urgently had to send a parcel to Spain from the UK, preferably Next Day Service. My first instinct was to use the Post Office, Parcel Force service as they advertised 1 day guaranteed service but when I looked into it they in fact, could not carry out the delivery for 2 working days which would have not been of any use as the parcel needed to be there by Saturday.

I was told the parcel would be collected any time up to 5.30 on Thursday evening, I do admit to starting to panic as it was 5.00 before collection was made but after phoning several times in the afternoon was advised that everything was in order and the parcel would be collected. The staff were very friendly and knowledgable at all times.

The parcel arrived in very good time on the following day. Well Done!
