“Horrible customer service”

We were promised things that were never delivered. We had trouble from the begining. The room was wrong. We were booked as part of a wedding party, none of the rooms were together. The dates that we booked were not the dates that Expedia booked. We didnt notice that which caused more trouble. Because of their mistake we missed our transportation and flight and had to spend the night in the airport in Cancun. We missed a day of our trip and missed out on festivities planned with family. When dealing with Expedia we were passed around, hung up on and treated badly. They did pay back the extra flights we had to book. They would cover nothing else. Using Expedia was one of the worst experiences of my life. I would not recommend using them and will not use them again myself. Worst company I have ever dealt with in my life.
