Their customer service is disgraceful, i cannot get through to the correct team and the automated messages just send me round in circles and when i finally get transfered to the correct department i have to wait 20 minutes on hold. All i want to do is transfer my old mobile number to their contract but they require 2 working days to do this (that i later learned from T-mobile) but all i hear is that my PAC code has expired every time i call them. I then ring back and forth between t-mobile and vodafone for 3 hours trying to sort it out where I'm eventually told that their office hours are up and i need to call back tomorrow. In the end i was reduced to tears and it was the worst customer service i've ever encountered by anyone, t-mobile couldn't have been more helpful but vodafone did not want to help at all.
