I ordered bouquets for my mother, mother-in-law and aunt and ALL 3 were wrong. Two were the wrong size and the third wasn't even what I ordered. When I spoke to the local florist for my mothers bouquet she explained she only recieved $70.00 from Teleflora which after deducting delivery drops my mothers bouquet down to a smaller sized item. I spent 78 minutes total wait time on three phone calls to customer service trying to resolve this issue. They finally gave me a $80.95 credit for 3 orders of $70.00 or more each.
