I booked a full board holiday to Ibiza for my honeymoon I did stated this at time of booking. Everything was going great and 1 week after all the money was paid up for the holiday they sent me and email that basically said we sold too many rooms and we have downgraded you to a twin room with no view. But then made it sound like they were doing me a favour by giving me the money back for the suite that I wanted. Now this wouldn’t have been so bad if the customer service department wasn’t so ridged with their response, “it is in the small print no compensation” I wasn’t asking for much just something to make the holiday more memorable like an upgrade to all inclusive or maybe at least a free excursion. But the same response again. So buy with caution as what you buy from them is not guaranteed in any way you simply tell them wait you want then they give you what they have left. I will not be dealing with them anymore and I will be telling everyone about the bad service I have received. Please use another vender and make Thompson change their policy. You have been warned as now I am stuck with a £2000 holiday that I don’t want!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
