I have used ASDA for my home delivery shopping. Delivery is never on time, substitutions vary from 20% - 25% of my shopping. I am not given an option to accept the "subs" or get them returned back for a refund. Date life on fresh items are poor together with poor packing of bags (bleach with food, bread under potatoes)Unhelpful South African call centre.
