“Worst Company Ever?”

Possibly the worst company I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. I ordered a item on the 20th April, on the 27th I contacted them asking for an update on delivery they ignored my request! On the 2nd May I raised a PayPal dispute and they responded within 26 minutes claiming the courier had lost the parcel and they would send out a replacement the next day for delivery the day after. This never happened. I contacted them again on the 5th May they have ignored my request. On the 8th May I escalated the PayPal dispute to a claim and 4 days later they still haven't responded.

I used their on-line complaint form which states that they would respond within 24 hours, 96 hours later I'm still waiting! says it all really about this company, costumer satisfaction is of the very lowest priority. if you read this review and those of others then still go ahead and purchase anything from this joke outfit you will be disappointed but can't say you were not warned!

It may seem a few pound cheaper but is it worth the risk of loosing your money or having it sat in their bank account for a month while you go through the PayPal dispute process?
