I called 118500 during the early hours of the morning because I had a very sick 2 year old and needed to speak to NHS Direct, at no point was I advised how much the call per minute would be and in fact they did not ask if I wished to be connected they just connected me I was charged £45 !!!! The call lasted 26 minutes because the nurse had to do checks for meningitis. I am disgusted, it was a medical emergency not calling for a pizza shop !! Warning never use this service BT are awful ! I had to click on one star to post this review. I would never reward them with a star.
