WRITE A REVIEW

“Are their rates for real?”

I have attempted to buy USD for home delivery from these people four times in the last 2 days. Each time there has been no response to my order. After waiting the advised 10 minutes I have 'phoned their Head Office and been fobbed off with excuses such as 'they must be changing the rates' and told to re-send my order. Don't bother with these people on-line - their quoted rate for delivery is not as good as it looks - they add on £7.50 whereas sites like Travel FX quote a rate including the postal charge.
A total waste of time and frankly extremely dubious about their business ethics. Avoid unless you like wasting your time.
