I was careful to order the correct mats for my father's car and made sure that I left over a week for delivery as they were a present.
Cutting a long story short, I called 3 times as there were no sign of the mats and was told the first 2 times that they had been shipped. When I called the third time, I spoke to the manager who told me that there had been a computer problem and they hadn't been shipped.
It seems that I was just being paid lip service by the first person. When I told the manager this, he told me that I hadn't been told they been shipped. Basically called me a liar.
I cancelled the order but I had to call another twice in order to get a refund, in the end threatening them with legal action.
People like this should not be allowed to trade.
