We'd looked at several shops selling the kind of sofa we were interested in, fairly standard - leather 2 and 3 seater electrically operated recliners in purple ( less standard perhaps!) What sealed the deal at CSL was the after service. Having already had a recliner that died on us and couldn't be repaired from a dealership that has also since died(nothing to do with us I promise)we were impressed with the lifetime guarantee and professional removal of stains and scratches etc. prices were competitive at the sales consultant at Lincoln, Kelvin Leivers was friendly and pleasant without being pushy.
