I rented a car on 06/12 and returned it back on 07/12 evening, where then an dent was identifed by enterpise assistant, which was in back of bumper ot the car below the number plate, which anyone could hardly notice it.
I didn't know enterpise was so picky about small issues, in this case I would have doubled checked the car before renting it out.
I can fully make sure that the dent was not caused by me, since the car was parked in a closed appartment parking area and it was not caused during my driving.
The fault(dent) identified has come to my notice when I returned the car, as I dont know if it was already there before I took the car or if it was caused during my rent period.
This is what entrepise did then.
They blocked 650 pounds from my debit card, then they asked me to wait till recovery unit gives a bill on above fault, after 3 days they came with a breakdown of repair charges which was like 325 pounds, just for a small dent removal in back bumper of the car.
Blimey when I called recovery unit to enquire about this they now say they haven't got an invoice at all.
