“Why can't you transact a booking instantly? Lost 200GBP”

I tried booking a couple of flights to Thailand from London. My booking was confirmed and I received a receipt of booking via email and 24hrs later a second email has come to say that my billing address doesnt match what the bank has on file. I called my bank (NatWest) and what I provided is exactly what they have on file.

Now the tickets I wanted to buy have gone up in price have gone up 100GBP each.

I recommend using a travel site that can immediately confirm ticket purchases rather than these Travelbag. I certainly will never use them again.
