On Jan.7th/2011, I made a worst decision of my life and booked with Lufthansa. Firstly, eventhough I had requested vegetarian food, they said my name was not there. They gave me salad and a bun to eat during nine hour flight. I called the stewerd to ask for a second bun, as I was still hungry. When I called him Excuse me three to four times, he did not hear me, I gently pulled his sleeve to draw his attention. All of a sudden, he actually yelled at me Don t poke me. I told him that I was not poking, i was merely was trying to draw his attention, he continued yelling at me. I felt so insulted and was shocked, I did not eat or speak for rest of the journey. They did not make any effort to find out if I was hungry. (I am a diebetic) Boy! did I pay $16000 to be insulted by a young guy. I am a sixty year old lady. I would never fly Lufthansa again, and would recommend all my friends against it. Lufthansa Airline needs to provide better training in customer service to their air hosts and hostess. Otherwise they will loose a lot of business. I have heard a similar stories from many other travellers. Thank you for nothing!
