Think the title says it all - couldnt get a straight answer online. The advisor did not understand english very well and was almost robotic. I thought I would take my query to an O2 shop as I was bound to get a better service and I was wrong! They didnt attempt to answer my question and said I would need to ring o2. Wasted my time. My contract is up for renewal and I wont be going back to O2.
It seems that everything is ok with o2 providing nothing goes wrong. If it does or you need an answer to a simple query - you are stuffed.
