“What's the status of my dress”

I ordered bridesmaid dress from jenjenhouse.com a week ago. Up until now I only received automated email reply confirming the payment. I sent a couple of emails to them asking the status of the dress and got no reply. I am disappointed with their service and my order number is JS1993033112.
