jim's knowledge of the industry appears to be sound and wide-ranging.
He has detailed knowledge about the watches I possess - Longines, Omega and a thirty years old tuning-fork Bulova.
Inspires confidence.
I listen to his advise, as from somebody genuinely interseted in watches, and would seek his advise as a first step if I had a problem with a watch.
Excellent service:dont know what you can do about the occasional queues.
Liked the friendly service.
Can just tolerate queuing.
Will continue to recommend Watch Lab to friends.
