As I have process so many hotel bookings wih you each year, and every time I have to feed in my address, credit card detail etc. for each booking, which is very frustrating (especially typing the visa number etc. for a senior person) May I suggested for easier process in future, for frequet customers like me, could you have a permanent account information,(secure like Expedia), so that I do not have to feed in my information every time when I do the bookings???
