They answered in a reasonable amount of time.
Bad Points
Could care less about passenger needing seat assignment assistance.
General Comments
I called customer service prior to booking a flight for me & my husband. My husband has surgical implants that require a bulk head seat. I have Md. papers , medical cards etc. Aer Lingeus was cold , did there best not to give me a reassurance that they could possibly help us.
