When my order didn't arrive after several weeks (I am in Australia) I used the abodent web site live chat online to find out what was happening. They were extremely helpful and passed me on to a customer support manager. Confirming that the order was lost, they promptly resent my order and it arrived 1 week later. Thank you Adam. Excellent customer service, and my doorknobs are beautiful! !
