After having 25% down time (I have email correspondences for 5+ instances) for the first month of service with your company I cancelled and requested a partial refund for the 11 months of the year service I paid for. I was passed between reps and told there was nothing that could be done. Even after your reps admitted to the down time being on your side (clearly this happens a lot from your post below), I was hung up on. This is simply bad business and a honest company that cares about its customers would never have treated me this way.
