WRITE A REVIEW

“Online banking registration does not work”

I tried to open an on-line saver account this evening through Moneysupermarket.com to invest £50,000

The online form will not let me type in my address and the postcode "find my address" button does not work and puts my address in the wrong fields

I looked for the phone number for their help desk and could not find it

If this is the level of "service" that they offer before you give them any money then I am very glad that I found out about it and will invest my money elsewhere

Very poor service indeed
