I was left waiting for 6 hours with my 6 month old baby for a courtesy car. Apparently they were all booked so couldn't get me one and i should have booked one beforehand. Who knows you will need a courtesy car when they tell you it will take 1 hr to fix? Ended up ringing the Newcastle team who sorted a car for us in 10 minutes. All of the staff were rude and not once did anyone check that my baby and I were OK in the whole 6 hours we were waiting. NEVER EVER USE LINCOLN EVANS HALSHAW
