“Disappointing service”

Won't be using this company again. Initially applied for three bags and realised as I was filling them that I could fill another threeas well so applied for more. Then arranged collection time hoping that I'd be able to have all bags collected together. Never received additional bags so still have loads of clothes awaiting disposal. The three bags that I had collected were all about the same weight (about 20kilos) and I was staggered that one of them only netted me about 8 quid. Just cannot understand that. Trust me: the clothes in the bags were all in excellent condition. Now feel that the organisation isn't exactly trustworthy.

Having said that, the collection was efficient and the cheque was sent promptly.
