Cancelled the motor policy when we sold the car. That took a while - you want to buy insurance your call gets answered, you want to cancel you are left hanging on the phone for ages. Expected the high cancelletion fee for administation purposes (its in the small print), but how long would you expect to wait for the refund? Two months, still counting and now being told to allow another 21 days for the refund. It may be worth paying a little more and use a better company
