I have now been without an oven for 7 days, haven't even had a visit yet, reported it last thursday, chased it friday, they promised a visit or at the very least a phone call that day, 5 more days, 5 more phonecalls and 1 wasted day off work sat at home waiting for an engineer and I have just received a call from the maintenance company saying (after i chased them) saying they cant come out today because Haarts havent confirmed that they will pay for the repair and that they only received the request for the call out yesterday (6 days after i reported it !!) absolutely appauling service, nobody EVER rings you back, just shocking that companies can operate like this, I would never advise anyone to use Haart lettings.
