“bullies from Vodafone”

I recently had a call telling me I was due for an upgrade I told them I WOULD NOT be sending back my old phone as someone else wanted it was also told I had to pay to hsve new phone delivered which according to website is in incorrect, 15 mins after the call got a text saying new phone not instock, however2days later have had the envelope to send back the phone and 4 bullying messages telling me that they had sent the envelope and I should be sending back my old phone bearing in mind I still dont have the new phone. have contacted them 3 times each time the message is will be contacted in 48 hours don't know what world they are in but Thursday till Monday is more than 48 hours actually non existant customer service have cancelled my dd let see wht happens next told them I would twice wonder what a lawyer would say. I am stillgetting text telling me to send my old phone back so they dont even communicate with each other
Wasnt alalowed to say what sort of customer service I get obviously a rude word
