If i could I wouldn't give a star rating at all!! Terrible service from the first contact with them!! After sending in my Iphone I recieved an email to say I would only recieve £60 instead of the £115 advertised because of scratching to the screen on the phone. I emailed back to say that I wanted the phone returned because I didn't believe the damage was as bad as they said. Not long after I recieved an email saying they had reviewed my handset and I could now get £100 for it! Call me suspicious but I must say that such a huge increase in the offer makes me think they were just trying their luck with the previous offer! After accepting this offer i recieved an email on the 26/4 to say that i would receive payment in 72hrs. On 3/5 still no payment so I called to chase and was told i would recieve payment by the latest 8/5 but if they could it would go into my account on the 3rd or 4th. This was due to banking issue. Well today is the 8th and I have still not recieved payment. On calling again today I was told that it will be in my account on Friday 11th May! I asked to speak to a Manager who has told me it will be in my account today! Well i will believe it when i see it!!!! I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!!!
