“I keep coming back to this website”

Although I look elsewhere, including the individual accommodation webpages, I often come back to this website, because it presents the listings in a easy to view format, has good information, and is very easy to book. It's nice that the site calculates the total cost for the duration of one's stay (exclusing taxes).
It is also a very useful facility to be able to cancel without charge for some accommodation. I had to use this function once when my plans changed, and it was reassuring to know that I could cancel my booking.
Great site.
The only thing I would suggest as an improvement, is a weblink to the indivdual accommodations' pages, just so customers can check out the accommodation at source.
