“Excellent Service”

Having read the reviews on this site has left me just a little shocked.
I have been woth VF for over 3 years and can say I have never had any issues with them, they have always been really helpful and accomadating to me. When I joined VF in 2009 I got a great deal (after bantering with them) 600 anytime/anynetwork minutes, unlimited texts, 500mb internet plus a £300 phone all for just under £10 per month with an £25 or £30 discount.

On upgrade I got a HTC 600 mins,unlimited txt, unlimited VF to VF calls and 500mb of internet all for just under £11 not only that was offered all that plus a Iphone 4 (8gb) with 100 mins, 750mb of internet, 0845 and so on numbers to call from my package and unlimited text of £35 including VAT for both lines....

I have never had a problem with the reception or any features... My bill was overcharged twice but a credit was put back on the account and never had any problems since then...

VF have never been rude to me (I must say the online email response team are useless but over then that all is well).

I guess it is just upon your luck on who deals with your query and so on...
