“Excellent service, excellent rates”

After a long time of searching for the best deal to a hotel in Paris, I finally found this website. Aside for the cheap rates and ease of use, I also found that the support staff are extremely helpful and friendly.
After placing the booking I had to add 2 more days to my stay, however the prices were much higher at that time. The site support team managed to convince the hotel to let me have the same rate I already booked for the extra 2 days. it saved me a lot of money and made my trip awesome.
I highly recommend this site to anyone looking for great rates and excellent service.
