“ABSOLUTE RIP OFF”

While they look cheaper on their deals and the web site is easy to use the actual experience was horrendous.First there was the 30 min wait at the airport weaiting to be picked up by OK cars at Palma airport even tho we had requested but didn't get an on site firm. It would be a max of a 10 min wait we were assured. We had to remind them to come and pick us up by phoning from the airport to say we had arrived and were fed up waiting. The hire car place was so hard to find as it was on the edge of a one way system ion an industrial estate. then on our return they charged us 90euros for two miniscule chips of paint which we had not put on the form on picking up the car. I wasnt allowed to leave without signing the form so had to choose between missing my plane or signing. My complaints have gone unanswered and unacknowledged for 3 weeks now. Never ever again.
