“Worst customer service”

I have had the worst ever customer service of my life in big bazaar. The service levels are very poor across in all branches.In chennai i have visited both the showrooms at Virugambakkam and Express avenue, royapettah. I have book bed, mini book shelf, Dining table etc.at Express avenue on 28/03 and at virugambakkam on 01/04. But the services levels are WORST.... which i really mean it.

On the date of purchase both the places it took more than 1 hour for billing alone. On 01/04/2012, when i had purchased goods above Rs.5000/- thru credit card. In total i have purchased more than Rs.65000/-
i have been asked to provide my ID proof, which i perfectly understand the procedures. But to take the photo copy of the same it took more than half an hour for them to take a copy of it.
When i wanted to escalate the issue to the floor manager i was DENIED. NO one attend to me.I was in urgency, since i have to attend to a funeral which was unexpected and even then no one bothered.

I have registered my complaint in your complaint register on the same day which is of NO USE and only a mere formality. I have registered
on 01/04/2012 along with my contact no. hoping that someone will call me. But till now, no one called me.

When i am calling today to check my delivery status after 12.00pm they say, no one is available in stores so they are asking me to call after 1 hour..
