“DISGUSTING SERVICE RRPDISCOUNT Full Remy Hair Extensions”

I FINALLY received the extensions after TEN WEEKS but only HALF of what should have been in the pack. I've emailed RRP DISCOUNTS again but don't really expect a reply.

Like many people on here, I had been waiting since February for the hair extensions. Contact with RRP Discounts started with them mumbling something about sickness and then just not replying to me at all. After exhausting trying to contact the seller, I contacted KGB Deals direct, having never used them before but having had used Itison and Groupon with no complaint and also from using the customer service centre on other sites to sort problems, I thought they would be a better source of resolve. Unfortunately, I got what appears to be an automatic reply saying to contact the seller direct.

I would never have bought from RRP Discounts directly as I would have worried about their service and being ripped off, (which, from the look of the measly hair extensions, I have been) but I went through KGBDeals whom I thought were a reputable site and would vet their sellers for the customer before advertising their products, or at least provide a comprehensive support when things go bad but I was WRONG. This has been THE WORSE service I've ever received and I would urge anyone NOT to use KGBDeals as the support structure isn't there. Might as well take your chances with the shadier looking sites as KGB Deals will DO NOTHING when their sellers rip you off.
