“26.6 and counting”

I have lost 26.6 lbs in a little over a year. I know that sounds SLOW but will admit to taking a HUGE break last fall/winter when my new store opened. Got back on track in Jan 2012.

I drink 2 shakes a day, 3 100 calorie snacks (not slim fast bars --- just what ever I want as long as it is 100) and dinner. I also added running to my exercise plan (which before was NOTHING).

THe weight has come off SLOWLY BUT it is gone for good. Am I still hungry during the day... YES. But I use to still be hungry after wolfing down a #2 at Mc Donalds (usized). ALso I don't think you are suppose to be FULL all day. If you are .. you are probably over-weight.

I like were I am and i LOVE where I am heading. My GOAL - 45 lbs. Right now I am in a good phase where I am losing about 4 lbs a month. SLow but steady. So in about 4.5 months I will be goal weight.... which if you want to know will be smaller than I was when I graduated highschool. I LOVE SLIMFAST.
