“Very bad customer service.”

My phone broke so took it in to the nearest Vodafone store. They sent it away to get repaired. It wasn't repaired they blamed me and said Id Brocken it as it wasn't a manufacturing fault. I had insurance so they replaced it with a similar phone. This phone has now Brocken so I took it in to them to get repaired again. 15miles away from where I live. waited a week then got a text on curtasy phone to say it is ready in store to be picked up. So went 15miles on the bus pouring rain to go and get it. In store they got my phone it was still Brocken. Wouldn't turn on. The senior sales advisor sent me away and said it just needs charging. Well Its been on charge now 6 hours and it still won't turn on. What am I suppose to do? I'm lost without my phone, and pay good money to this company. They are rude and so unhelpfull.
