“Never had a real problem with these guys”

Okay...so I have read all sorts of people saying they have horror stories, calling out bidz on so called illegal action, on horrible customer service charges...I have used them on several occasions for all sorts of things and I have had no problem with them at all. They key to this site is READ THE DESCRIPTION, if you get a diamond you didn't think you were getting because you just read the carat rating, then its your fault if it has a flaw, the site specifies the type of gems, then just put that rating into google. I have also bought several pairs of sun glasses from them. Only once did I not get what I thought I was getting ( they were bigger than i expected) but when i went back to read it and looked at the dimensions I noticed I just didn't read it right. There is a reason its on an auction site, it easily could have gotten a flaw and not passed review for a retail store, but...that being said, i bought a beautiful garnet necklace for my (now ex)- gf that when i got it was beautiful and was exactly as marked. Yes it was smaller than the picture, DUH! its a picture, read the dimesions. Two keys to Bidz: set a limit, read the descriptions.
