This was our first booking with Hotel Direct overall it proved to be a pleasant experience from start to finish
For fun we choose the "Hidden Gem" and achieved genuine reductions on price
The hotel was an excellent standard and very much as described
Breakfast was an enjoyable experience
We appreciated the email just before departure re-confirming our booking
it was somewhat reassuring
On arrival we experienced no problems with the check in process
Would definitely use this site again to achieve excellent value for money
