Do not get this insurance. There all happy and smiley when taking your money but as soon as I put a claim in for my basset hound they didn't want to know. They refused to pay for her treatment she has lymphoma and it's a chemotherapy protocol of 25 weeks and expensive. I trusted them as they are one of the oldest pet insurances around. From past experience with other pet insurances they are all the same. Waste of money!!!!
