“Kgb have failed to respond to my numerous emails”

I purchased vouchers for hair extensions from serache.com through kgb. I paid and over 3 weeks later have not received the product. What concerns me most is that I have attempted to email both kgb and serache.com separately numerous times with not one reply. I have also tried to call kgb for days on end and the call is always diverted. I am absolutely livid because they claim to respond within 48 hours. And yet I have been waiting over 96 hours???
