“Rip off!”

I have paid my topshop card religiously for the past five years, never missed a payment...yet when I paid on the actual statement date (2nd of March 2012) they have allocated it to the previous statement saying you're not allowed to pay on the statement date...it has to be the day after! Rubbish! Called them up about it as my normal £10 had changed into £30 as I have incurred a late fee and they say I have missed a month! Got through to India who were no help and quite rude, so wrote a letter to Santandear - can take up to 8 weeks to look at my case apparently...in the meantime I am getting phonecalls from them saying I'm due them money....stay away from these guys, rip off! I too would have given no stars had I the option!
