WRITE A REVIEW

“GoOutdoors - latest Special Offers trick”

Made special trip to Go Outdoors, Loughborough this morning with wife to get some running shoes using the 15% discount voucher we were recently sent. Waited about 3/4 hour to get "served" and get the correct size shoes. Took them to the counter but were told that the discount voucher was only valid between 5pm and 8pm that day!

Manager was perfectly within his rights to deny us the discount but I'm afraid he didn't just loose the shoe business - their attitude was such that, despite having given them several hundred pounds of business in the past few years we shall not be returning again.

Null points for customer service and marketing tactics.
