“Bad services”

I made a phone call yesterday to reserve 2 flight tickets from Manchester to Charlotte USA. I asked if the price would be still the same if I confirmed purchasing the tickets in 24 hours and Lee gave me a positive answer without telling me anything except that 2 tickets were reserved. When I proceeded the booking today, the price has been changed because I did not pay the deposit which I was told yesterday. When I requested 5 minutes to think about it, Lee kept hustling me to take the tickets offered by Travelup (ie. only 2 seats were available, I could not find a cheaper price than what Travelup was offered). When I found out booking directly from US Airways was actually cheaper, he gave me a price of £1752 for 2 tickets including everything, but later insisted a 2% credit card subcharge which made the payment go up to £1787.04. What makes me even more upset is that I do find a cheaper price offered by BudgetAir right now.
Travelup staffs should be trained properly to know what they do for the job and to feel and to think for the customers instead of just sales. I will not recommend Travelup to anyone and will not book anything from Travelup in the future (even Lee offers 10% discount next time). Business focusing on profit making without considering for customers will not go far!
