I was after a GoPro and found this little website that "looks" like a good website (with the comments they had on their website) and their price is quite low & with express delivery (supposed to be next day)!
I placed an order over 10 days ago and still dont know what is going on! I had replied to the email which I received/ left feedback/ used contact-me form and the ONLY way you will receive a reply is via the Contact-me form (so dont bother sending emails)
Order was placed on Monday, contacted them on Thursday (as there was no change in my status) and was told later that evening that my order is being packaged for posting that day...... Nothing changed or received on Monday! Contacted again on Tuesday (8 days since I ordered) and I even tried to call the number provided which some guy picked up and dont know what I was on about! They replied via email saying: 1. they are having some technical problems, hence the delay in updating my status; 2. they are moving office so the order is delayed & telephone line was changed (oh really?)
Then finally my order status was changed to Complete! but no tracking number!!!! I have no idea where my Go-Pro is.
So yeah - telephone/emails doesnt work (maybe the contact-me form); tracking is useless because it doesnt update until you chase them; sounds dodgy about the change of office & telephone line changes...
