WRITE A REVIEW

“Internet Settings”

Had called them many times re: internet settings which they said they would send through via a message. The call centre operators go through the same thing everytime I call- 'i'm sending you the internet setting message now once you get it etc etc. Never got it. Still calling through everyday to get internet settings. They have it and they've acknowledge my phone model is on their list but won't give me manual settings over the phone. One girl said she'll get back to me after discussing with her supervisor and never did. Is this company a scam??
