I believe in kharma and have never wanted someone fired, thinking instead they will get what is coming to them someday. Well, not this time. American Airlines allowed my 68 year-old handicapped mother-in-law who does not speak English, has a heart condition, and was traveling alone get on a flight knowing that she would not make the connection. After she arrived in London they messed around "not knowing what to do with her" their exact words until my mother-in-law finally broke down and started crying and praying in Greek out loud thinking she was going to die because at this point he was having chest pains due to stress and panic when an agent from Cyprus Airways took over. These people do not deserve customers let alone a job. Shame on you American Airlines! What if someone treated your mother that way?
