“ILM Cirtificate in First Line Managment”

If anyone is thinking of doing this course, I would not recommend it and I would never go with ICS again. They are just not very helpful att all, course content was poor and the marking sheets that they uesd were hand written, sadley only the person who had written the feedback could understand the writing. In the modern day a compuotor typed form would be a great addition.

Overall don't go with them.
