“AWFUL STEER CLEAR!”

Goods where damaged when unwrapped, work was being carried out in my house which was causing dust so i kept the items in their packaging to keep them dust free, but becuase they where opened after 72 hours which was when i discovered the damage they refused to do anything and where not helpful in the slightest.Even though i still had the packaging/ tags in place and had never even sat in the sofas,and the only reason these where delivered when i still had work being carried out was that the store refused to hold on to sofas and re arrange a date. Also they tried to sell me my sofas at a higher price than another scs and only took the price down when i mentioned i had seen them cheaper, and the seller went on to explain that they have to put sofas in at least 3 stores at a higher price so they can blag about there big discounts in adverts etc.
